Start System
One install. Claude starts every chat knowing you, writes like you, cleans what you paste, and tells you what a thread is waiting on - and once a week it asks what changed.

What it does
- Loads your profile, your writing voice and your export shape at the start of every chat.
- Routes what you paste to the right file: an export gets cleaned, a thread gets a decision, a request gets drafted in your voice.
- Runs a ten-minute weekly review that keeps all of it current.
What it will not do
- Will not work as a replacement for files #01-#04 - it is the layer that makes them agree with each other.
- Will not store anything you have not seen and approved.
Install - three minutes, pick one
- Comes as part of the Starter Kit: five zips and a README. Upload the five zips once via claude.ai, Customize, Skills.
- Projects route: paste the text below the dashed line, then paste your profile, voice and export shape under the headings as you finish #01-#03.
- Claude Code or Cowork - save it as CLAUDE.md in your working folder.

Any Claude plan. Files #01-#04 installed first (they are free). About 5 minutes.

The next file comes out the same way, one at a time. The short videos show each one working before it is released.
This file ships only inside the Starter Kit. The four files it builds on are free. Memory availability differs by plan and account; if memory is not available in yours, the paste-into-a-project version does the same job.
